ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 4-60-200 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the language underscored, as follows:
4-60-200 Violation - Penalty.
Any person found in violation of Section 4-60-130 by commencing the unauthorized sale of early Sunday liquor sales shall be fined not less than $5,000.00 nor more than $10,000.00 for each violation. Any person or establishment found in violation of Section 4-60-140(g) shall be fined not less than $600 nor more than $5.000.00 for each violation. Any person violating any other provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $300.00 nor more than $5,000.00 for each offense, except where otherwise specifically provided. A separate and distinct offense shall be held to have been committed each day any person continues to violate any of the provi-sions hereof.
SECTION 2. Section 4-156-424 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the language underscored, as follows:
4-156-424 Outdoor patio.
At no time may any live or recorded music be played or performed on the outdoor premises of a public place of amusement licensed as an outdoor patio. This prohibition shall not apply to an outdoor patio operated in conjunction with a consumption on the premises - Incidental activity license issued under Chapter 4-60, at a museum located at the Field Museum of Natural His-tory, the Shedd Aquarium, the Adler Planetarium or the Art Institute of Chicago. Any person vio-lating this Section shall be fined not less than $400.00 nor more than $1,000.00 for each of-fense. Every dav such violation shall continue shall be regarded as a separate and distinct of-fense.
SECTION 3. Section 8-32-080 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the language underscored, as follows:
8-32-080 Regulated entertainment businesses.

(d) A violation of this Section is subject to a fine of $600.00 for a first offense. $1,000.00 for a second offense committed within a one-year period, and $2.000.00 for a third or subsequent of-fense committed within a one-year period.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect 10 days following its passage and publica-tion.
