SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the current zoning district RT-4 Residential Two Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit district, Map No. 16-E, in the area bounded by

A line 48.36 feet north of and parallel to east 67th street; a line 40.36 feet east of and parallel to south St. Lawrence Ave.; East 67th Street; and South St. Lawrence Avenue

to those of a B1 -1 Neighborhood Shopping District.
