I will introduce an ordinance in the Chicago City-Council to provide alley ingress mid egress to parking facilities at 219 S.Hamilton Ave. The ordinance, as drafted and approved by the council, authorizes alley access for the appropriate license to be issued due to pending passage to the publication.
