BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The CHy CounrJ f inds thai the area described in Section 2 Of this ordinance is adversely affected by the over-concemration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic fiquo/ within and near the area
SECTION 2. Section 4-S0-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (50,74), which was previously defeted as shown in the Jourruri of Pr4-60-023 Restrictions on Additional Package Goods Licenses

ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the area described in Section 2 ofthis ordinance is adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the area.

SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (50.74), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 24, 2019 at page 2664, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 Restrictions on Additional Package Goods Licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional package goods license shall be issued for any premises located within the following areas:
