City Council June 17th, 2020
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Mladenko Marijan has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Mladenko "Mike" Marijan, Beloved Husband of Iva (nee Budimir); loving father of Ante (Amanda) and Luka (Sandra) Marijan; Dragi Dida of Valentina, Presley, Ava and Luka Jr.; dear brother of 3 sisters and 3 brothers; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Mike to his family members,'friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this seventeenth of June 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Mladenko Marijan and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Mladenko Marijan.
