ORDINANCE

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Section 2-102-030 and 2-106-040 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the language underscored, and by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

 

2-102-030 Commissioner - Powers and duties.

The Commissioner of Transportation shall have the following powers and duties:

(aa)   The powers and responsibilities listed here shall be implemented followed by proper

efforts to ensure the visual aesthetics and horticultural viability of the post-construction restoration are successful as defined by a uniform restoration policy promulgated and adopted in conjunction with the City Council. Department of Water Management, Department of Procurement Services and the Office of Budget Management,

 

 

2-106-040 Commissioner - Power and duties.

The Ceommissioner of Wwater Mmanagement shall have the following powers and duties:-
