ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the      5500       block of      North Menard Avenue,   from 5509-5539 North Menard Avenue   .   on the east side of the street only,     from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. , Sunday thru Saturday.
