RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Diane Lynne Kozicki has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 74 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11 th Ward; arid
WHEREAS, Diane Lynne Kozicki, nee Halper, beloved wife to Jerome for 55 years; dear daughter to Frank and Lorraine (Bergen) Halper, cherished mother to Christopher (Siobhan); proud grandmother to Deirdre, Cormac and Maeve; and an aunt and sister-in-law to many. Preceding in her death were her parents; and brother, Frank Halper; arid
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Diane to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty second of July 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Diane Lynne Kozicki and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
