BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Ol7 THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION I. Title 17 of ihe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No 3-F in the area bounded by:

A line 313.23 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; a line 102.2 feet east of and parallel to North Wieland Street; a line 337.98 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; and North Weiland Street;

to those ofa B3-5 Community Shopping District

SECTION 2: Changing all the PD 1335 and B3-5 Community Shopping District symbols and indications shown on Map No. 3-F in the area bounded by:

A line 313.23 feet south of and parallel lo West North Avenue: North Wells Street; a line 462.78 feel south of and parallel lo West North Avenue; North Wieland Street;


to Residential Business Planned Development 1335. as amended, and a corresponding use district, which is hereby established in the area above described
