SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the current Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 7-G in the area bounded by:

The alley next north of and parallel to West Diversey Parkway; a line 224.0 feet west of and parallel to North Seminary Avenue; West Diversey Parkway; and a line 249.0 feet west of and parallel to North Seminary Avenue.

To those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
