BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-F in the area bounded by

 

West 30th Place; South Shields Street; the alley next south of and parallel to West 30th Place; and a line 49.61 feet west of and parallel to South Shields Street

 

 

to those of a B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

 

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
