TRAFFIC LANE-TOWZONES

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:

 

WARD TOWZONES:

11                     South Racine Avenue(east and west sides) from West 35th Street to West Pershing

Road; No Parking Tow Zone, 9:00pm to 5:00am, All Days[O2020-3003]

 

39                     North Pulaski Road (east and west sides) from West Peterson Avenue to West

Ardmore Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days[O2020-3004]

 

42                     North Rush Street (west side) from a point 60 feet north of East Hubbard Street to a

point 20 north thereof; Columbian Consulate Parking Only, No Parking Tow Zone [02019-9543

 

42                     West Hubbard Street (north side) from North Wells Street to a Point 50 feet west

thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days — (20-0239640) [02020-139]

 

42                     North side of West Lake Street, from a point approximately 100 feet west of North

State Street, to a point 20 feet west thereof ;(Consulate Parking Only) No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days[O2020-3519]

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Traffic Lane - Tow Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
