BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend One Hour Parking Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
23 South Normandy Avenue; Repeal Ordinance which Passed June 27, 2018, journal
page 80200, South Normandy Avenue (east side) from West Archer Avenue to the first alley north thereof; One Hour Parking, All Times, All Days, Public Benefit, by Striking the above[O2019-9528]
SECTION 2. and publication.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend One Hour Parking Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
