ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 4-58-030 of the Municipal .Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the text underscored, and by deleting the text struck through, as follows:
4-58-030 BYOB - Restricted locations.
Subject to the provisions of Section 4-58-020, BYOB shall be prohibited at the following locations:
8.1) £M4 On South Stonv Island Avenue, from East 79th to East 95th Street.

On the east side of South Cottage Grove Avenue, from East 79th Street to East 81st Street.
On South Cottage Grove Avenue, from East 8lst Street to East 83rd Street.
On the east side of South Cottage Grove Avenue, from East 83rd Street to East 87thStreet.
On South Cottage Grove Avenue, from East 87th Street to East 92nd Street
On the east side of South Cottage Grove Avenue, from East 93rd Street to East 95th Street.
On East 87th Street, from South Anthony Avenue to South Cottage Grove Avenue.
On East 79th Street, from South Paxton Avenue to South Cottage Grove Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take full force and effect upon passage and publication.
