ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on February, 10, 2010, pages 84663 of the Journal of Proceedings which reads, North Clark Street (west side) from a point 75 feet south of West Hubbard Street to a point 18 feet south thereof - loading zone - 5:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. - Monday through Saturday - tow-away zone (09-02111558), be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the following:

North Clark Street (west side) from a point 75 feet south of West Hubbard Street to a point 18 feet south thereof - loading zone - 5:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. - Monday through Saturday - tow-away zone (09-02111558), and inserting in lieu thereof:

North Clark Street (west side) from a point 75 feet south of West Hubbard Street to a point 18 feet south thereof - No Parking Tow Zone - All Times

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
