State Place Condominium Association Acct. No. 329314 - 1 Permit No. 1146213

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to State Place Condominium Association, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twelve (12) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 1101 S. State St
Said Planter(s) at 11th Street measure(s):
Three (3) at fifteen (15) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of two hundred twenty-five (225) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at S. State Street measure(s):
Two (2) at thirty (30) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of three hundred (300) square feet.
One (1) at eleven (11) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of fifty-five (55) square feet.
Two (2) at fifteen (15) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of one hundred fifty (150) square feet.
One (1) at thirteen (13) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of sixty-five (65) square feet.
One (1) at twenty-five (25) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of one hundred twenty-five (125) square
feet.
One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of fifty (50) square feet.

Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
