Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, eight (8) Drain Tile(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 221 E. Huron St
Said Drain Tile(s) at E. Huron Street measure(s):
One (1) at three hundred ninety-six (396) feet in length, and point three three (.33) feet in width for a total of one hundred thirty point six eight (130.68) square feet.
Said Drain Tile(s) at N. Fairbank Street measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred sixty-six (166) feet in length, and point three three (.33) feet in width for a total of fifty-four point seven eight (54.78) square feet.
Said Drain Tile(s) at E. Erie Street measure(s): -
