ORDINANCE
NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Acct. No. 85392 - 6 Permit No. 1146099

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, upon the terms and subject to the conditions ofthis ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, fifteen (15) Irrigation System(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 221 E. Huron St
Said Irrigation System(s) at E. Huron Street measure(s):
Five (5) at three hundred seventy-eight (378) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of four hundred seventy-two point five (472.5) square feet.
Said Irrigation System(s) at N. Fairbank Street measure(s):
Three (3) at seventy (70) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of fifty-two point five (52.5) square feet.
Said Irrigation System(s) at E. Erie Street measure(s):
Five (5) at three hundred seventy-four (374) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of four hundred sixty-seven point five (467.5) square feet.
Said Irrigation System(s) at N. St Clair Street measure(s):
Two (2) atone hundred eighteen (118) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of fifty-nine (59) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination) and Department of Water Management.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
