Be it Ordered by the City Council of the City of Chicago, that the Chicago Police Department shall enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with doorbell security camera operators such as Ring, ADT, Vivint and others that are capable and compatible with OEMC technology.

Be it Further Ordered by the City Council of the City of Chicago, that such Memorandum of Understanding shall also incorporate restrictions of use to ensure civil liberties are not in question during private use and/or non­criminal events.
