SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the current B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 17-11 in the area bounded by:

 

West Albion Avenue; North Clark Street; a line 117.44 feet south of West Albion Avenue as measured along the southwesterly line ofNorth Clark Street; the public alley next west of and parallel to North Clark Street

 

to those of a B3-5 Community Shopping District which is hereby established in the area described above.

 

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
