Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago on September 9, 2020, designating the following locations as Traffic Lane Tow Zones, pursuantto Title 9, Section 64, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following location(s) are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and du ring the times specified, standing or parking of any veh icle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic, is hereby amended by deleting thestruck-through language and inserting the language underscored, as follows:
Type of Sign: No Stopping, No Standing, No Parking Tow Zone
Location(s): On NORTH MIES VAN DER ROHE WAY botwoon EAST
CHICAGO AVENUE and EAST WALTON PLACE, both sides of the street; and
On NORTH DEWITT PLACE betwoon EAST PEARSON STREET and EAST WALTON PLACE, both sidos of tho stroot;
On EAST CHESTNUT STREET between NORTH MICHIGAN AVENUE MIES VAN DER ROHE WAY and NORTH INNER LAKE SHORE DRIVE, both sides of the street; and
On EAST DELAWARE PLACE between NORTH MICHIGAN AVENUE MIES VAN DER ROHE WAY and NORTH INNER LAKE SHORE DRIVE, both sides of the street; and
On EAST WALTON PLACE between NORTH MICHIGAN AVENUE and NORTH INNER LAKE SHORE DRIVE, both sides of the street; an d
Time: AH Days, beginning at 12:00 AM, until 6:00 AM
