ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 2900 block of North Harding Avenue (2900-2958) between West George Street and West Wellington Avenue (both sides), Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 6:00 pm through 6:00 am.
