ORDINANCE

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Jh.e City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed fo sell

alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.

SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 of the. Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (9.8), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of November 13, 2019 at page 8962, with the following underscored text:

4-60-023 (9.8VOn 103rd Street, from Calumet Avenue to Vernon Avenue.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage

and publication.
