ORDER
ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Health, in consultation with the Chicago Park District, shall take all necessary actions to remove "Park Property playgrounds" from the list of Park Property that is closed pursuant to Public Health Order 2020-09, and develop and implement any necessary plan to permit Park Property playgrounds to remain open while mitigating the spread of COVID-19, including, but not limited to, by implementing capacity limits, social distancing guidelines, and revised cleaning or sanitization schedules for such Park Property playgrounds.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Health shall, within 30 days of the effective date of this order, develop and implement a plan for uniform enforcement of the mask-wearing requirement under Public Health Order 2020-09, including, but not limited to, through the issuance of any applicable fines under Section 2-112-340 ofthe Municipal Code of the City of Chicago.
This order shall be effective immediately upon passage.
