ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of B2-3, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-G in the area bounded by:

West Irving Park Road; a line 206 feet West of and parallel to North Sheridan Road; the public alley next south of and parallel to West Irving Park Road; a line 239 feet West of and parallel to North Sheridan Road,

to those of an B2-5, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
