Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety DIRECT INTRODUCTION

ORDER

WHEREAS, the residents of the 28,00 block of west 44^th Street have successfully .circulated and submitted a petition, adhering to the requirements set forth on the petition provided, requesting the installation of Residential Permit Parking zone; and,

WHEREAS, all signers have been informed of the additional cost per vehicle required by the municipal code for all vehicles and guest passes wishing to park within the zone; and/

WHEREAS, a copy of the petition is-available in my office for inspection; now therefore,

BE IT ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized arid directed to give consideration to theestablishmentof a Residential Permit Parking zone from 2800 westerly to the first alley immediately west of S California Avenue, Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
