Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety DIRECT INTRODUCTION
ORDER
WHEREAS, the residents of the 2300 block of west .56* Street have successfully circulated and submitted a petition, adhering to the requirements set forth on the petition provided, requesting the installation of Residential Permit Parking zone; and,
WHEREAS, all signers have been informed of the additional cost per vehicle required by the municipal code for all vehicles and guest passes wishing to park within the zone; and,
WHEREAS, a copy of the petition is available in my office for inspection; now therefore,
BE IT ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a Residential Permit Parking zone on the south side only along 56* Street from 2351 west to 2355, Sunday thru-Saturday, at all times.
