SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Zivkovic Family Holdings, LLC of 1 North LaSalle, #300, Chicago, IL 60602, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 2204-2212 West Lawrence Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
