Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to SL CIVIC WACKER LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 20 N. Wacker Dr
Said Vault(s) at N. Wacker Drive 1st Basement measure(s):
One (1) atone hundred sixty-seven (167) feet in length, and eighteen (18) feet in width for a total of three thousand six (3006) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at N. Wacker Drive 1st Basement measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-four point three three (34.33) feet in length, and eighteen (18) feet in width for a total of six hundred seventeen point nine four (617.94) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at N. Wacker Drive 2nd Basement measure(s):.
One (1) at forty-five point eight three (45.83) feet in length, and ten (10) feet in width for a total of four hundred fifty-eight point three (458.3) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1147075 herein granted the sum of thirty-five thousand seven hundred seventy ($35,770.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
