ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the current C3-3, Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-F in the area bounded by:
the public alley next north of and parallel to West 18th Street; the public alley next cast of and parallel to South Clinton Street; West 18th Street; and a line 50.00 feet east of and parallel to South Clinton Street
to those of a B2-3, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due

Narrative: The property is a 2,510 square foot lot and is improved with a two-story mixed use residential building with one residential dwelling unit and a vacant ground-floor commercial space of approximately 1,400.00 square feet. The Applicant proposes to rezone the property from a C3-3, Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District to a B2-3, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District to allow for a new four-story residential building with ground-floor residential use and a total of three residential dwelling units and a detached garage with three parking spaces. The proposed height of the building will be 47 fect and 2 inches.
