PHYSICAL BARRIER AND ALLEY ACCESS

Be It Ordained by the City Council of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt M Affordable Tires located at 7532 N. Milwaukee Avenue Chicago, IL 60631 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for the premise address.
