LOADING ZONES

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 160, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Loading Zones for the distances specified, during the hours specified:

 

 

WARD                     LOADING ZONES / STANDING ZONES:

27                     1327 North Larrabee Avenue (east side), North Larrabee ( east side )

from a point 157 feet south of North Clybourn to a point 20 feet south thereof [02020-5183]

35                     3735-3745 West Cullom Avenue, south side from alleyway to a point 30 feet west

thereof; Loading Zone ; No Parking Loading Zone, Wednesday, 8:00am to 11:00am [02020-5092]

 

38                     North Oriole Avenue (west side), From West Addison to the First Alley South

Thereof; 30 Minute Parking 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM All Days 20-03336166 [02020-4520]

 

47                     3734-3744 North Damen Avenue ( west side), from Bradley Place north to the

alleyway approximately 120 feet north thereof; No Parking Loading Zone , 8:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Tuesday, 8:00am to 8:00pm, Wednesday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Thursday Public Benefit

2000-2008 West Bradley Place ( north side) from Damen Avenue to point 60 feet west thereof; No Parking Loading Zone 8:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Tuesday , 8:00am to 3:00pm, Wednesday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Public Benefit [O2020-5299]"

 

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Loading Zones / Standing Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
