RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Delfi Masangcay has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Delfi Masangcay; beloved husband of Elizabeth; loving father of Christopher Michael Masangcay, Johnathan Alexander Masangcay-, Mary Francia Masangcay and Melissa
. Porter; ,cherished grandfather of Alexis Mia Masangcay; devoted son of Delfin G. Hortensia H.
; Masangcay; dear brother of Cannencita, Jean, Oscar, Haide, Marilyn, Jerry, Shirley, Richard and Emmanuel; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Delfi to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BEIT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council of the City of ' Chicago gathered here this twenty third of November 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Delfi Masangcay and extend to his. family and friends our. deepest sympathy; and
