Be it ordained by the city council of the city of Chicago:

SECTION 1. The City of Chicago Comptroller is authorized nd directed to make the following transfer of funds for the year 2020. This transfer will provide sufficient unencumbered appropriations to meet all liabilities that have been or may be incurred during said year and payable from such appropriations;
