JOURNAL CORRECTION FOR September 9, 2020 CITY
COUNCIL MEETING
WHEREAS, On September 9, 2020, the City Council of the City of Chicago passed ordinance O2020-3893, which authorizes an intergovernmental agreement with the Chicago Housing Authority regarding property located at 1450 North Larrabee Street; and
WHEREAS, It was later discovered that a technical error due to an oversight was made in 02020-3893, which was printed in the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, Illinois for the regular meeting held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, on pages 19983 through 19985; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate to correct said error; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. 02020-3893 is hereby corrected by deleting "BronzeviNe" appearing on the tenth line from the top of page 19984 and inserting "Near North" in lieu thereof.
