Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LAKESIDE SQUARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 920 W. Lakeside PL.
Said Planter(s) at W. Lakeside PI measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-one point four one (31.41) feet in length, and seven point five (7.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred thirty-five point five eight (235.58) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at W. Lakeside PI measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-four point five (24.5) feet in length, and seven point five (7.5) feet in width for a total of one hundred eighty-three point seven five (183.75) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at W. Lakeside PI measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-five point seven five (25.75) feet in length, and seven pointfive (7.5) feet in width for a total of one hundred ninety-three point one three (193.13) square feet.
