Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to KTCP 225 LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Cornice(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 225 W. Washington St
Said Cornice(s) at W. Washington Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-seven (27) feet in length, and point nine two (.92) feet in width for a total of twenty-four point eight four (24.84) square feet.
Said Cornice(s) at W. Washington Street measure(s):
One (1) at thirty (30) feet in length, and point five eight (.58) feet in width for a total of seventeen point four (17.4) square feet.
Said Cornice(s) at N. Franklin Street measure(s):
One (1) at ninety-seven (97) feet in length, and one point four two (1.42) foot in width for a total of one hundred thirty-seven point seven four (137.74) square feet.
Said Cornice(s) at N. Franklin Street measure(s):
One (1) at thirty (30) feet in length, and point six seven (.67) feet in width fora total of twenty point one (-20.1) square feet.
Said Cornice(s) at W. Calhoun Place measure(s):
One (1) attwenty-seven (27) feet in length, and point five eight (.58) feet in width for a total of fifteen point six six (15.66) square feet.
Said Cornice(s) at W. Calhoun Place measure(s):
One (1) at twenty (20) feet in length, and point three three (.33) feet in width fora total of six point six (6.6) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
