SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

SEWICKLEY, LLC of 3330 SKOKIE VALLEY RD, HIGHLAND PARK, IL 60635, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 4010 N. Lincoln Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
