SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the current B2-3, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-J in the area bounded by:
West Grand Avenue; West Augusta Blvd.; the East line of the Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul and Pacific Railroad R.O.W. ending at W. Grand Ave.
To those of a Ml-1 Limited Manufacturing District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
