BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Sections 10-20-430 and 10-20-435 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Next D.O.M. Properties Investment Inc., 4137-59 S. Cottage Grove, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the premise address and to allow the access to said parking facilities which are in excess of 6 space.
