ORDINANCE

 

 

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through

 

4-60-022 Restrictions on additional licenses.

SubjejcttQ^he^'yjsjdris of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:

(27.390)                     On Halsted Stroot, from tho Dwight D. Eisonhowor Expressway (I 290) to

Adams Stroot: and on Gladys Street and on Quincy Stroot, both from Hoisted Street to tho John F. Konnody Expressway (I-90).
