BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


Section 1. Section 9-64-110 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the struck-through language and inserting the underscored language, as follows:
9-64-110 Parking prohibited - Roadways, sidewalks, bridges and similar locations.
It shall be unlawful to stand or park any vehicle in any of the following places.
Section 2. Chapter 9-64 of Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting a new section 9-64-113, as follows:
9-64-113 Parking prohibited on a parkway - exceptions.
Shall be unlawful to stand or park any vehicle in any of the following places:
(e) On a parkway, except in case of emergency and limited parking (no vehicle storage) on premises:
the parkway curb located on West Columbus Drive (north side) from 2400 to 2440 and (south side) from 2401 to 3959, marked with signs indicating "parking permitted on curb"
the parkway curb located on S. Kedzie Avenue (west side) from 8022 to 8026, marked with signs indicating "parking permitted on curb"

Vehicles may park with two wheels on a parkway curb or carriage walk in the following locations, which shall be identified by signs indicating that such parking is allowed:
a) West 83rd Place (north side) from 3514 to 3556 and (south side) 3515 to 3621 SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon passage and publication.
