Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago-
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to COMMONWEALTH EDISON, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, seven (7) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 650 W. Madison St
Said Planter(s) at W. Madison Street measure(s):
Two (2) at forty-two (42) feet in length, and seven point five (7.5) feet in width for a total of six hundred thirty (630) square feet.
One (1) at thirty-nine point zero eight (39.08) feet in length, and seven point five (7.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred ninety-three point one (293.1) square feet.
One (1) at thirty-eight point one seven (38.17) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of three hundred five point three six (305.36) square feet.
One (1) at sixty-nine point seven five (69.75) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of five hundred fifty-eight (558) square feet.
One (1) at thirty-seven point five (37.5) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of three hundred (300) square feet
One (1) at eight point eight three (8.83) feet in length, and eight point eight three (8.83) feet in width for a total of seventy-seven point nine seven (77.97) square feet.
Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
