NO PARKING-TOW ZONE, EXCEPT BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA CONSULATE PARKING

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend _ No Parking Tow Zone, Except Bosnia and Herzegovina Consulate Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

 

 

WARD MISCELLANEOUS:

42                     Repeal Ordinance Which Reads, East Illinois Street (upper level, south side) from a

point 161 feet east of North Michigan Avenue to a point 20 feet east thereof-no parking except Bosnia and Herzegovina Consulate vehicles only/tow-away zone [02020-6118]

 

 

 

 

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Parking Tow Zone, Except Bosnia and Herzegovina Consulate Parking Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

 

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
