SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-K in the area bounded by


a line 100 feet south of and parallel to West 15th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Keller Avenue; a line 125 feet south of and parallel to West 15th Street; and South Keeler Avenue,


to those of an RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District and a corresponding uses district.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
