WHEREAS, the residents of the 2900 block of west Pope John Paul II Drive have successfully circulated and submitted a petition, adhering to the requirements set forth on the petition provided, requesting the installation of Residential Permit Parking zone; and,


WHEREAS, all signers have been informed of the additional cost per vehicle required by the municipal code for all vehicles and guest passes wishing to park within the zone; and,


WHEREAS, a copy of the petition is available in my office for inspection; now


BE IT ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transpiration is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment ofa Residential Permit Parking zone from 2931-2959 West Pope John Paul II Drive (south side) and also from 2930 West Pope John Paul II Drive to the first alley west of South Richmond Street (north side), all days, at all times.   21^ w <£_  ^ 0-3, Q
