Correction of September 18, 2019 City Council Journal of Proceedings.
WHEREAS, At the September 18, 2019 meeting ofthe City Council, the Committee on Finance placed on file a report (Document No. F2019-123) transmitting a list of judgements or settlements entered into against the City of Chicago for the month of July 2019; and
WHEREAS, It was later discovered that due to a clerical error, the aforementioned report which appears on page 4596 was not printed in the Journal ofthe Proceedings ofthe City Council of the City of Chicago for said date and a duplicate copy of page 4496 was included in lieu thereof; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary and appropriate to correct said error; now, therefore,
Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. The Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago of September 18, 2019 is hereby corrected by deleting the duplicate page 4496 appearing between pages 4595 and 4597 and inserting in lieu thereof the omitted page 4596 attached hereto as Exhibit A.

This recommendation was concurred in by a viva voce vote of the members of the committee, with no dissenting vote.
