ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-1, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 22-E in the area bound by:

East:87^lh Street; South Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive; the alley next south of and parallel to East 87^th:Street; and South Calumet Avenue,

to those of a RS-2, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District. ,

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
