ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the M2-3, Light Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No 6-I in the area bounded by

the northwesterly line of the abandoned INRY right-of-way; South Sacramento Avenue; West 27th Street; and South Whipple Street

to those of a M1-1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
