ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-1, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-G in the area bound by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West 59^th Street; a line 82.7 feet next east of and parallel to South Aberdeen Street; West 59"¹ Street; and South Aberdeen Street

to those of a G1-1, Neighborhood Commercial District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
